Through a user experience workshop held with various Bombardier MRO stakeholders, we explored digital challenges within this part of the organisation, along with identifying the key customer demographics and variances between customers who require service and technical specification information.

Strategy & tactics

The Bombardier MRO website is the main source of inbound lead generation and handling customer technical repair enquiries. It’s also the primary online portal for brand engagement for the division. The core focus of the project was to analyse and optimise a user’s experience and navigation of the website, to increase leads and add value by developing a more streamlined user journey.
