Digital DNA was Great!

We were at Digital DNA for the two-day digital conference in St George’s Market in Belfast. It was a fantastic 2 days, with the conference attracting 2,000 attendees from all sorts of business backgrounds, including marketing, digital, tech, data and security. We had a great presence at Digital DNA, which I am sure you will agree from seeing our video. We also had cold Corona for all courtesy of our client Corona.

We had had a very talented Belfast street arartist, Friz, doing some fantastic live digital art on our stand.

We also took over the Marketing Studio, with our very own Andi Jarvis, Marketing Strategist at The Tomorrow Lab and Programme Director of our sister company, Colab – hosting the Digital DNA Marketing Studio stage, as well as hosting a panel Q&A on the Evolution of Digital with Nisreen El Kaloush, Commercial Director at Virgin Media, Phlip Martin, CEO of Appliances Delivered, Joanne Hayden from Belfast Telegraph and Ryan Owens, Head of Customer Solutions & Innovations in EMEA at Google. Andi also took the stage on the second day to talk about Digital Strategy and our A-STAR process, you can view Andi’s slides below.

We were also shortlisted for two awards at the Digital DNA awards, which took place at St Anne’s Cathedral. We were shotlisted for Digital Team of the Year and our Social Media Executive, Jess Orr for Young Person of the Year. We were shortlisted with some great companies, brands and people; unfortunately we did not pick up the winners, but it was fantastic to be awknowledged and shortlisted for our achievements. Jess and Jamie did clean-up in the Friends of Cancer Centre Charity raffle, winning a signed Rory McIlroy championship flag and Victoria Square vouchers.


All in all, it was great to be a part of Digital DNA this year, there were wonderful opportunities for networking and some excellant talks. The Digital DNA team did a fantastic job with the conference and we are looking forward to see what is to come in 2018, as well as the work we will be doing with them as part of strategic marketing partnership.
